Be Your Best Version

Is your life kind of a mess? Maybe what is wrong is that you are missing some important skills. Skills to develop self-love and happiness. This book includes the methods that have helped me to be my best version. I am not saying I am perfect; nobody can ever be. Just by learning some of these techniques and becoming more aware of it and understanding your own life can prevent you from repeating the causes of the problems. This book does not address or provide guides for everybody because obviously we are different and so is our journey.
